To honor both your time and ours, we kindly ask that all video coaching and tarot reading appointments be respected with punctuality and proper notice in the event of changes. 🔮 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so **at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to offer that space to another client in need of guidance or coaching. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 10% late cancellation fee. - This fee will be added to your next booking or deducted from any refunds issued. - If you know you'll be late or need to reschedule, please email us as soon as possible. 🌙 No-Show Policy If you do not attend your session and have not communicated in advance, the session is considered a no-show. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for no-shows. We completely understand that life happens. Emergencies and special circumstances will be handled with compassion—just reach out.
