Cancellation Policy
🍇 Grapevine Tarot and Spirituality – No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy✨ At Grapevine Tarot and Spirituality, every session is created with intention, energy, and care. To honor both your time and ours, we kindly ask that all video coaching and tarot reading appointments be respected with punctuality and proper notice in the event of changes. 🔮 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so **at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to offer that space to another client in need of guidance or coaching. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 10% late cancellation fee. - This fee will be added to your next booking or deducted from any refunds issued. - If you know you'll be late or need to reschedule, please email us as soon as possible. 🌙 No-Show Policy If you do not attend your session and have not communicated in advance, the session is considered a no-show. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for no-shows. We completely understand that life happens. Emergencies and special circumstances will be handled with compassion—just reach out.
